Quaker Akros Absolute Return Fund

Enhance Your Core Portfolio's Potential to Withstand Turbulent Markets
Presented by Fund Manager, Brady T. Lipp

You Should Know: Quaker Akros Absolute Return Fund engages in short selling (selling securities not owned at the time of sale) and may hold derivatives which involve special risks and requires special investment expertise. The Fund invests in small capitalization companies, which involves additional risks such as limited liquidity and increased volatility. As a non-diversified fund, which invests in a small number of issues, changes to a single security held by the Fund will have a more pronounced negative effect on the Fund than if the investments were more widely distributed. The Fund invests in foreign securities which involve greater volatility and political, economic and currency risks and differences in accounting methods. Investment by the Fund in high-yield, lower-rated securities presents a greater risk of loss to principal and interest than high-rated securities. Investments in asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities include additional risks that investors should be aware of such as credit risk, prepayment risk, possible illiquidity and default, as well as increased susceptibility to adverse economic developments.
