Quaker Strategic Growth Fund, Quaker Global Total Return FundManu Daftary is President of DG Capital Management and the firm's sole shareholder. Mr. Daftary has day-to-day responsibility for choosing the investments of the Funds. DGCM has served as investment advisor to the Funds and has been responsible for management of the Funds' portfolios since their inception. He has been with DGCM since July 1996. Previously Mr. Daftary was a portfolio manager with Greenville Capital Management during 1995 and early 1996; was Senior Vice President/Portfolio Manager with Hellman, Jordan Management Company from 1993-1995; was co-manager of the institutional growth stock portfolio with Geewax, Terker & Co. from 1988-1993.
Mr. Daftary has earned a BA from Elphinstone College, University of Bombay and a BS, Finance and an MBA from the California State University at Long Beach. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Quaker Biotech Pharma-Healthcare FundMichael Sjöström, CFA, Co-Founder, Chief Investment Officer of Sectoral Asset Management (S.A.M.), was born in Denmark and raised in Switzerland. He graduated in 1987 from the St. Gallen School of Economics, Law, Business and Public Administration with an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics. He joined Pictet & Cie in 1993 as a pharma analyst after working for two other Swiss banks. He has been the portfolio manager of Pictet Global Sector Biotech Fund since its inception in 1994 and was head of the pharma analyst team for Pictet & Cie from 1994-2000.
Stephan Patten joined Sectoral Asset Management (S.A.M.) in July 2001 as an Assistant Portfolio Manager. Mr. Patten focuses on S.A.M.’s long/short funds. He also assumes analytical coverage of several biotechnology companies. In June 2001 he completed a Masters of Business Administration at McGill University. In 1996, he completed a B.Sc. in biochemistry (McGill University).

Quaker Capital Opportunities FundCharles A. Knott is the founder, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Knott Capital Management. He is also lead portfolio manager for the Fund. Charles has more than 35 years' investment experience, including more than 20 years with bank trust departments. In addition to holding the Chief Investment Officer position at several large institutions, he has served as the Deputy Banking Commissioner for the State of Maryland. He has offered his testimony as an expert witness before the Federal Reserve Banking Committee, as well as appearing on radio, television and in The Wall Street Journal. Charles is a graduate of Loyola College in Baltimore, MD.
J. Michael Barron, Chief Executive Officer, joins Charles Knott in managing the Fund. Before joining Knott Capital, Michael Barron served as Director of Real Estate Securities for INVESCO, overseeing the management of more than $1 billion in client assets. Additionally, he has served as the Vice President and a member of the investment committee of a boutique investment advisory firm, and as an account executive with Cigna. Michael has been interviewed frequently by the Baltimore Sun, Bloomberg, and other media sources. He earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and has completed executive study at MIT's Sloan School.
Peter M. Schofield has served as a portfolio manager of the Fund since January of 2006. Mr. Schofield has more than 21 years of investment industry experience. From 1996 to 2005 he was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Sovereign Asset Management (a subsidiary of John Hancock Advisers), where he co-managed approximately $3 billion in clients assets. Prior to his tenure at Sovereign, Mr. Schofield served as a Portfolio Manager at G.T.C. from 1984 to 1996.

Quaker Mid-Cap Value FundAnthony W. Soslow, CFA, founded Global Capital Management, Inc. (GCM) in 1997. He is its President and Chief Investment Officer, supervising all investment related functions. Anthony was previously Director of Portfolio Management at RTE Asset Management which managed over $2.0 billion in assets. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Philip Mendelsohn, CFA, serves as and Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager at GCM, responsible for oversight of the research and analytical staff and systems. Phil joined the firm in 1999. Before joining GCM, he held positions with A.G. Edwards, PNC Financial and First Union. He has a BA from Washington University, an MBA from LaSalle University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
John Hammerschmidt serves as and Research Analyst Portfolio Manager at GCM and has been with the firm since 2004. He spent eleven years as a senior portfolio manager with Turner Investment Partners and analyst in charge of all large cap growth equity products. John held positions with CS First Boston and UBS Warburg Paine Webber (then S.G. Warburg) and as a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He has a BS degree from Lehigh University and an MBA from Duke University.

Quaker Small-Cap Value FundTheodore R. Aronson, CFA, Managing Principal, founded Aronson+Johnson+Ortiz (“AJO”) in 1984 and has served as a portfolio manager of the Fund since its inception in 1996. Mr. Aronson is involved with portfolio management, administration, and marketing at AJO. Prior to founding AJO, Mr. Aronson was a partner with Addison Capital Management from 1981 to 1984.
Kevin M. Johnson, Principal, joined AJO in 1993 and has served as a portfolio manager of the Fund since its inception in 1996. Mr. Johnson directs AJO’s research effort. Prior to joining AJO, Mr. Johnson was a portfolio manager at DuPont’s internal pension group.
Martha E. Ortiz, CFA, Principal, joined AJO in 1987 and has served as a portfolio manager of the Fund since its inception in 1996. Ms. Ortiz oversees portfolio implementation and trading. Prior to joining AJO, Ms. Ortiz was with Wilshire Associates, where she supported the Equity Management System (now Atlas).
Gina Marie N. Moore, CFA, CPA, Principal, joined AJO in 1998 and has served as a portfolio manager of the Fund since 2004. In addition to her portfolio management duties, Ms. Moore also focuses on marketing. Prior to joining AJO, she was with Glenmede Trust Company, where she was involved with portfolio analytics and marketing.
Stefani Cranston, CFA, CPA, joined AJO in 1991 and has served as a portfolio manager of the Fund since 2007. In addition to her portfolio management duties with AJO, Ms. Cranston is also involved with financial accounting and performance measurement.
R. Brian Wenzinger, CFA, joined AJO in 2000 and has served as a portfolio manager of the Fund since 2007. At AJO, Mr. Wenzinger focuses his time on portfolio management and research.
