Quaker Funds 2009 Qualified Dividends

Qualified Dividends: Qualified dividends are ordinary dividends that meet certain requirements to be taxed as net capital gains. Any shareholder who received dividendpayments will receive IRS Form 1099-DIV which itemizes the amount and type of dividends paid to them. For the year 2009, the table reflects the percentage of dividends considered qualified for the Funds listed.

Dividend Received Deduction: Under certain circumstances, the IRS Code allows a tax deduction to corporations on the dividends paid to it by companies in which it has anownership stake.
